Brave was tasked with creating a mobile web and data capture solution for the 2014 Design Indaba Mini stand. They needed to build a system that would allow visitors to reveal the new Mini model by scanning a QR code and creating their very own music Mashup on a dancefloor.
Brave built a branded minisite featuring a call-to-action to register to help reveal the new mini by scanning a QR code.
Visitors to the stand were then encouraged to get friends together, choose a song from the selection supplied, and create a mashup of the song by dancing on a specially rigged dance floor. One they’d created their new version of the song, they could share it using Facebook or Twitter.
Brave’s Minisite featured outbound sharing to social networks, in-page ‘Like’ follow’ on Facebook and Twitter, an administration area to allow event staff to upload and manage content at the event, and full analytics to track and measure the ROI of the activation
