The first-of-its-kind in SA Spaan platform functions and displays according to the specific needs of both job seekers and employers. For job seekers, that means the ability to create and update their profiles, verify their identity, banking details, licenses and qualifications, search for jobs on the dynamic job board, verify and rate employers, apply for job opportunities that match their profile, and receive and accept job offers from potential employers. Employers can access a pool of vetted and verified job seekers, streamline the head-hunting process, easily attract and review job applicants, conduct psychometric tests, schedule interviews and send offer letters, rating, tracking and managing as they go.
